The problem that was causing the batch processing service pages (address parsing/normalization and geocoding) to crash upon loading has been resolved. This should have only been occurring for users who who uploaded and were trying to use non-Access data files (i.e., csv, txt). We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
