We have implemented a method to not store the transaction details of any service transactions processed in either batch or API mode. This means that the details of the query you send to our server will not be stored in our transaction logs nor in your account history. We will still keep track of the fact that a transaction occurred, we just won't keep the details of what the transaction was.
This new feature allows you to be sure that there are no records of any data that you submitted to us. This is useful in such applications as health research and emergency services. Please note that this may prevent us from being able track down a particular error you encounter without you having to provide us the information that you attempted which caused the error.
To use this new feature with the API's, upgrade your API calls to the latest version (2.8) and pass the notStore variable in as 'true'. See each of the particular API's you are using for details. To use this feature in batch-mode processing, just select the checkbox that says 'Do not store my transaction details'.
